Yes — most of our work is custom. Tell us the occasion, the recipient, the setting, and any
flowers you love (or want to avoid), and we'll design around what is in season. We'll always
confirm the design with you before arranging.
Delivery and pickup arrangements are confirmed for each order based on location, timing, and the
arrangement itself. We don't ship cut flowers by mail. When you place an order, we'll spell out
exactly how and when your flowers will reach you — nothing is left to guesswork.
We'll tell you honestly. Rather than substitute silently, we'll suggest the best seasonal
alternatives that keep the same feeling — a same-toned stem, a similar shape, or something
even more fitting that happens to be at its peak.

Every arrangement leaves with plain-language care instructions, and we're happy to answer care

Some do — vase-ready pieces and decorative arrangements include the container you see in the
style. Hand-tied bouquets are wrapped to carry in water. We'll always state clearly whether
a vase or container is included when we confirm your order.
